Yoga Nidra, Meditation and other mindfulness tools are used as part of the program to gently release deep seated trauma and induce a sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
Interactive group coaching and theory sessions allow practitioners to understand their thought processes and belief patterns and make conscious choices to recondition themselves to healthier patterns.
The people you meet in your yoga class, facilitated by teachers who bring in the energy of the class, help build your inner circle of influencers towards your sense of presence - not just in class, but also as a global citizen. Your fellow yogis remain your touchstones both in class, and outside of it - on the mat and off it!
The yoga practice is very forgiving and accepting. It doesn't pause to judge or grade you. It just meets you where you are even when you come back it after a break. You just pick up where you left off and resume the journey.
